I)The sanitary valve shall be placed in a dry and ventilated room, and both ends of the diameter shall be sealed and dustproof;
II). Long-term storage should be checked regularly, and the processing surface should be coated with oil to prevent corrosion;
III)Before the installation of the sanitary valve, carefully check whether the mark is consistent with the use requirements;
IV)When installing, clean the inner cavity and sealing surface, check whether the packing is compressed and whether the connecting bolts are tightened evenly;
V)The sanitary valve shall be installed in the allowable working position, but attention shall be paid to the convenience of maintenance and operation;
VI)In use, do not open the sanitary gate valve part to adjust the flow, so as not to damage the sealing surface when the medium flow rate is high, it should be fully open or fully closed;
VII)Rotate the handwheel when opening or closing, and it is not suitable to use other auxiliary levers;
VIII)The transmission parts should be lubricated regularly; sanitary valves should be often used in the rotating part of the oil, valve stem trapezoidal thread part of the oil
IX)After installation, regular maintenance shall be made to clear the dirt in the inner cavity, and the wear of the sealing surface and valve stem nut shall be checked;
X)There should be a set of scientific and correct installation operation standards, and the maintenance should conduct sealing performance tests, and make detailed records for inspection.
XI) Other precautions for sanitary stainless steel pipe:
1) Sanitary valves should generally be positioned before pipeline installation. The piping shall be natural, and shall not be pulled hard if the position is wrong, so as not to leave prestress;
2) low-temperature sanitary valve before positioning should be as far as possible in the cold state (such as in liquid nitrogen) to do the opening and closing test, the requirements of flexible no card shell phenomenon;
3) liquid valve should be configured to stem and horizontal into a 10 ° tilt angle, to avoid liquid flow along the stem, cold loss increased; more important is to avoid the liquid touch packing sealing surface, so that the cold hard and loss of sealing effect, resulting in leakage;
4) The connection of the sanitary safety valve should have an elbow to avoid direct impact on the sanitary valve; in addition, it is necessary to ensure that the sanitary safety valve does not frost to avoid failure during work;
5) Sanitary cut-off valve should be installed so that the flow direction of the medium is consistent with the arrow marked on the valve body, so that when the sanitary valve is closed, the pressure is added to the cone on the top of the valve, and the packing is not loaded. However, for sanitary valves (such as heating valves) that do not open and close frequently and need to be strictly guaranteed not to leak in the closed state, they can be installed consciously to close tightly with the help of medium pressure;
6) large size of the sanitary gate valve, pneumatic sanitary regulating valve should be installed vertically, so as to avoid due to the larger weight of the spool and biased to one side, increase the mechanical wear between the spool and the bushing, resulting in leakage;
7) When tightening the compression screw, the sanitary valve should be in a slightly open state to avoid crushing the sealing surface of the valve top;
8) After all sanitary valves are in place, they shall be opened and closed again, and it is qualified if they are flexible and free from clamping;
9) After the large air separation tower is bare and cold, pre-tighten the flange connecting the sanitary valve once in the cold state to prevent leakage at normal temperature and leakage at low temperature;
10) It is forbidden to climb the valve stem as a scaffold during installation.
11) High-temperature sanitary valves above 200 ℃ are at normal temperature during installation. After normal use, the temperature rises, the bolts are heated and expanded, and the gap is enlarged. Therefore, they must be tightened again, which is called "hot tightening". The operator should pay attention to this work, otherwise leakage is easy to occur.
12) When the weather is cold, the water valve shall be closed for a long time, and the water behind the valve shall be drained. Condensate water shall also be removed after the steam valve is stopped. The bottom of the valve is like a plug, which can be opened for drainage.
13) Non-metallic sanitary valves, some are hard and brittle, and some have low strength. During operation, the opening and closing force cannot be too large, especially not strong. We should also pay attention to prevent objects from bumping. 14) When the new valve is used, the packing should not be pressed too tightly, so as not to leak, so as to avoid too much pressure on the valve stem and accelerate wear
