Maintenance methods for 304 stainless steel square tubes
Throughout the entire application process, it is essential to maintain good conditions. Stainless steel surfaces must be covered with protective materials, and no chemical substances such as mortar, paint, concrete, or architectural coatings should be allowed to come into contact with them. If stainless steel products are exposed to extremely poor aquatic environments and water remains on their surfaces for extended periods, it must be removed immediately. Otherwise, rust may form, posing a significant safety hazard! Many workers in stainless steel fabrication shops make mistakes during the entire process of laser cutting 304 stainless steel square tubes, often resulting in scratches on the surface of the stainless steel pipes and compromising the aesthetic appeal of the finished products. So, how can we prevent this error and avoid scratches?
When preparing raw materials, 304 stainless steel square tubes should be placed either with zero spacing or back-to-back. It is also important to check for damage to the digital blades and to ensure there are no burrs or other foreign particles. Secondly, when using laser cutting to process 304 stainless steel square tubes, first verify whether the tubes have any scratches, so as to ensure the quality of the material inspection report. If scratches are found, a refund will be issued, and the tubes cannot be processed further. Thirdly, when bending 304 stainless steel tubes, first inspect the left and right molds as well as the plates for any residual debris or dirt. If such contaminants are present, they must be removed before proceeding with the actual bending operation to prevent any crushing or deformation of the 304 stainless steel tubes. Additionally, when welding 304 stainless steel tubes, the welding workbench must be kept clean and smooth, free of any dirt or impurities. Any contaminants should be promptly removed as necessary.
